103 lb 24-Valve Valve Spring Set

Running more than 35 psi of boost or drive pressure, or spinning past 3,800 rpm? Then the valves are floating. Factory springs sit at roughly 80 lb of seat pressure and cannot hold them shut — boost blows the valve open and exhaust gas washes back into the cylinder on the intake stroke. That reversion slows combustion and costs power. These springs raise seat pressure to 103 lb and stop it.

Good to Know

• Retainers and locks are not included
• Past 4,500 rpm, step up to the 110 lb competition springs
• Running anything other than Hamilton 103 lb springs with a Hamilton cam voids the cam warranty
