The 2001–2005 Silverado and Sierra HD introduced the world to the Duramax, and these trucks are still out there pulling, towing, and working every day. Whether you’re running a stock LB7 or a built-up LLY with injectors and a tune, the factory radiator and most aftermarket replacements were never designed for what these trucks actually get put through. This 5-row extruded aluminum radiator is engineered specifically for the 2001–2005 Chevy and GMC 2500HD and 3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax. It bolts directly into the factory location with no cutting, drilling, or fabrication.
Fluidyne eliminates that failure point entirely with a fully extruded aluminum core — a single-piece design with no brazed tube-to-header joints anywhere in the core. Every tank, fitting, and seam is finished with premium TIG welds throughout.
The 5-row design gives you significantly more cooling capacity than the factory radiator or most 2–3 row aftermarket units — critical if you’re towing heavy, running a tuner, or dealing with a hot climate. The fin pitch is optimized for the GMT800’s factory shroud setup so you get the full benefit without chasing fan spacing issues.
