The 6.0L Powerstroke is one of the most capable diesel engines Ford ever put in a Super Duty — and one of the most heat-sensitive. Cooling system failures are a well-documented weak point on these trucks, and anyone who has owned one knows that staying on top of coolant temperatures isn’t optional. This 4-row extruded aluminum radiator is engineered specifically for the 2003–2007 F-250 and F-350 with the 6.0L Powerstroke. It mounts directly in the factory location — no cutting, no drilling, no modification required.
Fluidyne eliminates that failure point entirely with a fully extruded aluminum core — a single-piece design with no brazed tube-to-header joints anywhere in the core. Every tank, fitting, and seam is finished with premium TIG welds throughout.
The 4-row downflow design gives you substantially more cooling capacity than the factory radiator — exactly what the 6.0 needs when towing or working in hot climates. The fin pitch is matched to the Super Duty’s factory shroud setup so you’re not fighting fan blade clearance.
