The 2011–2016 LML Duramax is the most powerful factory Duramax of its era, and with that power comes proportionally higher thermal demands. These trucks routinely see heavy fifth-wheel loads, SCR-equipped exhaust systems, and performance tunes — all of which push coolant temperatures harder than the factory radiator was designed to handle long-term. This 5-row extruded aluminum radiator is engineered specifically for the 2011–2016 Chevy and GMC 2500HD and 3500HD with the 6.6L Duramax. It mounts directly in the factory location with no cutting, no drilling, and no fabrication required.
Fluidyne eliminates that failure point entirely with a fully extruded aluminum core — a single-piece design with no brazed tube-to-header joints anywhere in the core. Every tank, fitting, and seam is finished with premium TIG welds throughout.
With a 33.5″ core and 27.75″ core height, this unit is built to fill the available space in the GMT900 engine bay and maximize heat rejection capacity within the factory shroud setup. The fin pitch is optimized for factory airflow so you’re not chasing fan clearance or spacing issues.
