Required Setup

Spring pressure this high needs a valvetrain built for it. Running these on cast parts wears them out fast.

• Steel camshaft required — cast cams are not recommended at this pressure
• Steel tappets required — see Hamilton 1.45" DLC-coated steel tappets
• Above 4,500 rpm Hamilton specifies their tool steel retainers to prevent retainer failure
• Retainers and locks are not included
