6.7L Fire Ring Head Gasket — .020 Over
The .020-over version of Hamilton’s 6.7L fire ring gasket, for heads or blocks that have been milled .020". Proven on engines making 800 hp and beyond, where a factory gasket simply will not stay put.

- Thickness: .066" (1.75 mm)
- Wire: .105", 4.560" O.D.
- Groove radius: .017"–.018" cut in head or block
Installation Requirements

Head studs are mandatory for proper clamp load
- Head must be flat within .003" end to end
- Hot re-torque is required

Under 800 hp: a groove in either head or block is adequate
