All heads receive Preston hardened valve seats. New valves are installed.
Valve guides are inspected and replaced only if necessary.
Stock springs are used.
Standard new spark plugs and fuel plugs are installed.
Brass injector cups are installed as standard.
In addition to the standard process, these builds receive:
Springs: Upgraded springs from Powerstroke Products or CNC Fab.
Fuel System: High-flow banjo bolts for fuel plugs.
Injector Cups: Can be upgraded to steel injector cups upon request.
Valves: Top-tier "Juggernaut" builds include super-hardened, nitrided valves.
