The S&S Diesel Motorsport Fuel Leak Prevention Kit (LPK) for the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke is the engineered solution for one of the most common fuel system issues: failure of the factory plastic fuel filter housing. While the OEM filtration system performs exceptionally well, the plastic components are prone to cracking and leaking over time.
Rather than simply replacing one weak point with another, S&S Diesel Motorsport designed a complete solution that preserves—and improves upon—the factory fuel filtration standards while significantly increasing durability.
Instead of reusing the factory fuel filter cup, the LPK features a precision-machined billet aluminum two-post mounting system paired with a larger, premium fuel filter. This design maintains the OEM filtration specification of 4-micron absolute filtration at 99% efficiency while nearly doubling dirt-holding capacity compared to the factory filter.
The result is superior contaminant protection, longer service life, and increased reliability without sacrificing fuel system performance.
