6.7L Fire Ring Head Gasket — Standard
Standard-thickness fire ring gasket for the 6.7L Cummins. Recommended once a build passes roughly 700 hp, where factory head gaskets start lifting under cylinder pressure.
Gasket Specifications
- Thickness: .046"
- Wire: .105", 4.560" O.D.
- Groove radius: .019" in block and head, or .038"–.039" if cutting one groove only
Installation Requirements

Head studs are mandatory for proper clamp load
- Head must be flat within .003" end to end

Under 800 hp: a groove in either head or block is adequate

Over 800 hp: cut grooves in both
Need More Thickness?
Head or block already milled .020"? Use the .020-over version at .066" instead.
